DUAD graduation ceremony at Château Mouton Rothschild
DUAD’s (Diploma showing Proficiency in Wine Tasting) 2014 graduation ceremony took place last Tuesday, July 15th at Chateau Mouton Rothschild. It was also the opportunity to celebrate the 40th anniversary of this Wine Tasting Qualification.
Mr. Philippe Sereys de Rothschild, Mr. Julien de Beaumarchais and Mr. Philippe Dhalluin, Executive Director of Château Mouton Rothschild welcomed more than 200 people in both Mouton’s Great Barrel Hall and new Vat Room. Among the attendees were Mr. Denis Dubourdieu, General Manager of the I.S.V.V (Institute of Vine and Wine Science), Mr. Gilles de Revel, both Training Director of the I.S.V.V and Dean of the Faculty of Oenology and Mr. François-Xavier Lagrue, President of DUAD’s Club.
The visitors thus got the chance to discover or rediscover « Paintings for the Labels » room and to taste Château Mouton Rothschild, Petit Mouton and Aile d’Argent 2013 vintage.
