World Gourmet Summit – 26 March / 5 April 2014 in Singapore

This year’s World Gourmet Summit, organised by Peter Knipp in Singapore from 26 March to 5 April, drew over 20,000 people to a schedule of exclusive dinners, practical workshops and training sessions with top chefs.

In the presence of leading names from the international food world, Château Mouton Rothschild was served during a prestige dinner at Raffles, cooked by Philippe Mille (two Michelin stars) and presided by Julien de Beaumarchais de Rothschild, Baroness Philippine de Rothschild’s younger son.
